My Background

Like many of my clients, I have a strong technical background. I was admitted to the University of Science and Technology of China (Hefei) through a gifted program and obtained my bachelor degree in Chemical Physics, and have a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Chemistry from UCLA.  In my other business adventure, I developed and manufactured newly invented products. Some of these products received national recognition, including the state-of-the-art car backup safety device ReverseGuard (appeared on NBC Today show on May 24, 2007) and Decco Bath and Shower Works (won 2007 MVP Award by Building Products Magazine). Coming from a high-tech business, I have strong ties with major industries in the Bay Area, such as Biotech, Semiconductor, and IT. Having experienced cycles of a high-tech industry myself, I understand how these industries evolve and their effects on the local job and real estate market.
